We are looking to hire a Director, Structured Finance to join our Program Finance team. If you thrive on achieving goals and want to grow professionally in a collaborative environment, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity with us.What you’ll be doingManage a portfolio of structured finance programs, coordinating borrowing base due diligence, risk assessment, covenant monitoring, account reviews, and tranche fundings.Source, structure, and underwrite new structured finance programs that align with risk appetite and cover relevant asset classes.Identify risks and emerging trends within our portfolio and covered asset classes.Develop a marketing strategy to significantly expand the client base and revenue, aligning with overall group objectives.Foster a strong market presence by building relationships with key industry collaborators and actively engaging in relevant professional associations.Stay informed about changing competitive dynamics to ensure appropriate pricing and structuring of new deals.Understand market conditions affecting clients and maintain awareness of general economic conditions to manage risks effectively.Enhance account penetration and improve corporate sales revenues by promoting CWB Group’s business offerings.Successful IncumbentThey will demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to analyze information objectively, making well-reasoned decisions in complex situations. They will possess proven analytical skills in assessing risk, along with strong time management and business development focus. The role demands outstanding negotiation, influencing, and collaboration skills, enabling effective work across business divisions. The incumbent will showcase decision-making confidence, recommending appropriate actions in complex scenarios, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. They must be capable of prioritizing multiple projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and delivering work with accuracy and insight. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate as a team player, are essential.
