Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team and look after scheduling of field technicians for all national contracts in the Greater Toronto Area. Among other things, your responsibilities will be to :
- Answer calls and requests from customers;
- Assist National team with scheduling of local sites including managing subcontractors where required;
- Manage daytime service calls for local National contracts;
- Other scheduling and some administrative tasks as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSIf you are motivated, have a passion for scheduling and office support in a construction environment and have the ability to multi-task, this position could offer the challenges and growth you are looking for.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
- Experience with managing national contracts;
- Fluent in spoken and written English (essential);
- Strong computer skills and very good knowledge of Windows software;
- Team oriented;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Be resourceful and have good organizational skills;
- Experience in the construction field (an asset).
