Dispute Resolution Solicitor – CardiffChadwick Nott have received instruction for an experienced Solicitor to join a leading ‘Top 100’ law firm in their dispute resolution team which is ranked by both Chambers and Legal 500 directories as one of the premier litigation departments in Wales and beyond.The well-established and highly regarded team provide expert legal advice to wide spectrum of clients advising them on a variety of commercial, property and housing disputes. This specialised team are recognised as national leaders in their field and their work covers all aspects of tenancy enforcement arising out of nuisance behaviour, criminal activity or anti-social behaviour and other issues to include defending disrepair claims, homelessness, and navigating the changes The Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 has brought.Your portfolio of clients will include registered social landlords and local authority clients and you’ll enjoy building and strengthening relationships with these clients.Strong advocacy skills are desired as you will be required to attend your own advocacy at hearings and negotiate with parties. An element of supervising junior members of the team is also required.The ideal candidate should be technically proficient and an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.On offer is to work with a highly ranked team on an excellent quality of work, working with a collegiate firm who encourage career growth.
