This role ensures that the team collaborates effectively to craft engaging content that resonates with potential adopters, showcases each dogs unique personality, and aligns with the Rescues mission and branding. The Dog Ads Squad Lead will guide the team in developing strategies to maximize the reach and effectiveness of these ads, ultimately driving higher adoption rates and fostering a deeper connection between the Rescue and the community.Rescue Mission: At Path of Hope Rescue we save pregnant dogs and puppies in high kill shelters in the South.Rescue Overview: Our Spokane, WA based Rescue strives to decrease the euthanasia rate of high risk dogs in the southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. We do not have a kennel or building location and are 100% foster based We currently have two paid employees and rely heavily on volunteers and fosters.Vision: Eliminating euthanasia of dogs in the South by decreasing the amount of dogs breeding unchecked. They act as the authority for dog-related information, ensuring that all raw foster contentsuch as photos, videos, and behavioral notesis gathered regularly, with weekly updates when possible. They work closely with team leaders to approve any adoption-limiting factors, such as specific dog requirements, behavior or training notes, or health issues like medications or allergies. By staying informed on each dogs status, from intake to adoption, the Dog Ads Squad Lead ensures that every ad reflects the most current and transparent information. Special attention is given to long-term residents or dogs with medical or behavioral holds, allowing the team to brainstorm creative ways to showcase these dogs and increase their chances of finding homes.In addition to managing the content, the Dog Ads Squad Lead plays a crucial role in developing and approving the final ads. They prioritize which dogs are advertised, collaborate with creatives (such as photographers, copywriters, and videographers) to craft well-marketed, eye-catching ads, and oversee the process from start to finish. They are responsible for signing off on all ads before they go live, ensuring that the information presented is complete, transparent, and aligned with the Rescues branding and messaging. The Dog Ads Squad Lead also initiates and terminates ads in different geographical markets, monitoring platform analytics to gauge ad performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
