UNHCR Korea has 230,000 regular givers as of end-2022 and it is expected to increase over the years. The communication with the donors becomes more diverse and frequent with various methods to meet their expectations. In addition, due to the nature of the work in charge of donor service, there are donor materials that need to be sent out at the request of donors on a daily basis. In these regards, PSP Korea decided to hire a part-timer to assist with simple and repetitive tasks in regard to donor care service to improve the work efficiency of core staff.

Overall Purpose and Scope of Assignment: 
The individual contractor will perform following duties: 

  • Send out welcome emails and SMS to newly registered donors via donor DB on a daily basis;
  • Export the list of welcome package recipients from the donor DB and request delivery to the direct mailing vendor on a weekly basis;
  • Send tax-deductible receipts via email, fax or mail, at the request of donors;
  • Send other donor materials (donor certificate, donor guide, receipt, etc.) via mail at the request of donors;
  • Organize complaints/opinions/suggestions/praises from donors recorded in the donor DB;
  • Perform other duties related to donor service as required
Required level, qualifications and work experience:
  • Level of responsibilities required (mark as appropriate) for individual contractors and fellows: Entry Level Support
  • Qualification and experience required (degree required, years of work experience, field of expertise, language required):
  • • Minimum 1-year relevant experience with High School Diploma; or 0  year of experience for Bachelor or equivalent or higher
