The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic, positive, and proactive approach to their work, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.The OpportunityTrócaire’s Donor Services Team in Northern Ireland, part of the Ireland Division, is dedicated to donor care and income processing. As the Donor Services Assistant, you will be an experienced administrator who will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by delivering exceptional donor care through various communication channels and accurately processing all income for the region. You will collaborate closely with the Northern Ireland team to achieve our goals.Location: Belfast (hybrid)Contract Type: Specified Purpose for a minimum of one year, Full TimeSalary: £26,551Reporting To: Donor Services & Centre LeadAbout TrócaireTrócaire is an International NGO.   • Provide exceptional donor/customer care.
  • Income processing.
  • Perform data input with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support administrative tasks and CRM processes (Customer Relationship Management) (Salesforce).

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year’s experience in administration, customer/donor care, data input, and CRM management.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel essential.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
