Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair drain issues in residential plumbing systems.
- Provide customers with clear, professional recommendations and solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, basements, and crawl spaces.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous drain cleaning or plumbing experience.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
