The role
As a Driver, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll maintain and deliver a high standard of driving project transportation in a safe manner, in line with company standards and contractual requirements.
Day to day, you’ll transport students from their accommodation to place of work and return and travelling to and from embassies and offices in London with documentation as required.
- Perform vehicle cleaning duties as required to maintain vehicle standards
- Report vehicle defects as soon as noticed to maintain vehicles worthiness and fitness for purpose
- Drive project vehicles as required within the United Kingdom
This is a part-time role, 22 hours per week, based on site at MOD Collingwood. Extra hours will be available, as and when required, to ensure that the overriding project needs can be appropriately met (standard hourly rate applies).
Essential experience of the Driver:
- Proven driving experience
- Knowledge of local area
- Knowledge of service establishments
- Dealing with foreign personnel
Qualifications for the Driver:
- Full clean UK driving licence
- DBS checked
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
