Dual Site Manager – Retail/Hospitality Venue

Corby – Full Time

Salary £30/35,000pa (DOE) + Bonus

Discover a rare opportunity to become an integral part of our customer-focused organisation as a Dual-Site Venue Manager. We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused individual to oversee two sites in Corby.

As the Dual-Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the overall operations of both venues, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives. Take charge of your teams, lead site management, and implement strategic changes to maximise potential, drive promotions, and elevate customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

People Development:

  • Manage staff effectively, handling recruitment, on-boarding, training, and nurturing talent for future management roles.

Financial Cash Control & Paperwork:

  • Reconcile end-of-day reports accurately, complete administrative tasks, and maintain control over store labour spends and costs.

Standards:

  • Set expectations for the team, emphasising communication, customer service, and teamwork while embodying the company’s vision and values.

Security & Safety:

  • Oversee venue safety for visitors and staff, conduct regular health and safety checks, and promptly report any issues.

About You:

  • Customer-facing experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Leisure.
  • Proven team management experience with a team size of at least 3 members.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledgeable about managing P&L, working towards targets, and KPIs.
  • A team player committed to excellence on the high street.
  • Commercially aware, capable of understanding customer trends and habits to enhance venue revenue.
