Job Title: Part-Time Experienced Level 2 Early Years Practitioner (3 Days a Week)

Are you an experienced and passionate Early Years Practitioner looking for a fulfilling part-time role? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner, working 3 days a week. If you have a Level 2 qualification in Early Years and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience, including carrying out the key person role, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Experienced Level 2 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and education to children aged 0-5 years. Your responsibilities will include carrying out the key person role, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities: * Utilize your Level 2 Early Years qualification and a minimum of 2 years of experience to contribute to the development and well-being of children.
- Act as a key person, fostering strong relationships with children and their families.
- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications and Requirements: * Level 2 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience within an Early Years setting.
- Proven experience in carrying out the key person role.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
