The Governors wish to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, enthusiastic Early Years Teacher, to help ‘Grow the seeds for life long learning’ and raise standards in the Early Years.This is an excellent opportunity for an EYFS practitioner to join our school. You must have a passion for teaching and learning as well as a commitment to improving outcomes for all. ECT’s are warmly welcome to apply. - Understands well the Early Years Framework and how young children learn
- Has a good understanding of the characterisitics of effective learning
- Has successful experience of teaching
- Is a self- motivated practitioner who has a high expectation of self and others
- Has a warm, caring, enthusiastic personality and loves working with children
- Is highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and able to work well as part of a team
- Is able to communicate well with pupils, colleagues, parents/carers/other professionals
