Join Our Team as an Early Years Teacher!Are you passionate about nurturing the youngest learners and shaping their educational foundation? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team in Plymouth. As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning in our youngest children. We believe in providing a high-quality education in a supportive and inclusive environment. Our school is committed to nurturing well-rounded students through innovative teaching methods, a comprehensive curriculum, and a collaborative community.Some Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for early years students, covering a range of subjects including literacy, numeracy, and creative arts.
- Develop and implement creative and differentiated instructional strategies to cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, play, and social interaction.
- Prepare students for the transition to Key Stage 1, helping them develop strong foundational skills and confidence.
Requirements:
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with teaching qualifications (QTS or equivalent).
- Previous experience teaching early years students in a school or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of the early years curriculum standards and best teaching practices.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in young children.
