Join our team as a Carpenter and help insulate homes with Octopus Energy ECO!Are you an experienced plasterer who’s worked in domestic properties? We want YOU to join our growing team as we help improve insulation in homes across the UK! At Octopus Energy ECO, we are passionate about helping low-income customers and those on benefits reduce their energy bills and carbon footprint through government-mandated ECO obligations.Now, we’re expanding and looking for Carpenter/Insulation Installers to make a real difference! 🐙What you’ll do

• Work as part of a two-person team, installing insulation (IWI) in customers’ homes.
• Gain new skills in fitting wall insulation inside homes
• Collaborate with Electricians and Heating Engineers to deliver energy-efficient homes.
• Troubleshoot and offer solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Ensure exceptional customer service-no home left without delivering on our promises.
• Work out of our warehouses in Newton Aycliffe, Sheffield & Nottingham.
• Travel across the UK with nights away, when required.

What you’ll need

• Experience in all types of Carpentry.
• A full clean driving licence.

Desirable but not essential: * Plastering or boarding

• Installing trickle vents, drilling core holes for extractor fans, and previously installing solid wall insulation (IWI).
• Familiarity with ECO is a plus!
