With support from the Head of Retail and E-commerce, you will lead the e-commerce customer facing side, pro-actively identifying and exploring opportunities to grow Kew Ecommerce sales.In this role, you will develop the Kew online shop using sales analysis to achieve sales and KPI targets. (PDF, 39.18kb)More detailsEssentialSignificant demonstrable experience of a leading content position working within an Ecommerce retail function is crucial for this position. Alongside experience of having utilised the Magento or Adobe Commerce platform. Demonstrable evidence of growing online traffic is required, with experience of product set up/content enrichment, and experience of liaising with multiple stakeholders.Additional essential criteria is detailed in the job profile.This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (RBG Kew) is a leading plant science institute, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and major visitor attraction.
