Scope of Tender

UNDP’s Regional Bureau for Africa is seeking a qualified professional firm to provide editorial editing, graphic and information design, publication layout and print production services for the publication Local AI Compute Infrastructure in Africa: Lessons from Six Country-Hosted Deployments on Governance and Effective Use. The assignment will include professional English-language editing and proofreading; development of the publication’s visual concept and layout; redesign of technical diagrams, figures and tables; information visualization and visual storytelling; preparation of print-ready and web-optimized digital files and editable source files; and printing, packaging and delivery of 100 high-quality hard copies to UNDP Headquarters in New York. The final digital publication is required in time for its planned launch during the UN General Assembly High-Level Week (22–28 September 2026).

Instructions to Interested Suppliers

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly through the Quantum Supplier Portal, as instructed in the solicitation document and in accordance with the available user guide. Suppliers that have not previously registered must create a supplier profile using the registration instructions provided through the procurement notice. Suppliers that already have a profile should not create a new profile and should use the forgotten password functionality if they no longer have their login credentials. Suppliers should search for the specific tender using the available search filters and subscribe to the tender to receive notifications of any amendments or clarifications. All quotations and required supporting documentation must be submitted through the system by the deadline specified in the solicitation document.
