Are you an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) student looking to kick start your career with dynamic and progressive engineering company?Rockwell are currently recruiting an EHS Graduate to join our team on a permanent & full-time basis. The initial location for this position will be on our client’s site in Dublin. However, willingness and ability to travel within Ireland is required for this position.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work on projects in the Mission Critical, Pharma, Med Tech, Advance and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the EHS systems to ensure full implementation across all projects and all sites.
  • Preparing both Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) along with PSCS (Project Supervisor Construction Stage) documentation.
  • Conducting both administrative and site audits to ensure contractual obligations are being met.
  • Observing personnel to ensure EHS compliance. This will include monitoring specialist subcontractors, agency and direct employees.
  • Ensuring continued compliance with all regulatory standards, including ISO14000 and ISO45001.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Experience:

  • Bachelor or Honours Degree (Level 7/8) in Health and Safety
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with the ability to generate detailed monthly reports
  • Relevant experience (e.g. summer work etc.) in related industry
  • Have a positive attitude with a passion to succeed, an energetic approach and an ability to take accountability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter
  • Have own transport (essential)
