Job Description
EcoVadis is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and Operations Associate who can pour their creative energy into our mission to make the world’s supply chains more sustainable.
This versatile Digital Marketing and Operations Associate role will work with the marketing leadership team to execute stakeholders’ strategy, evaluate internal needs, maintain systems, and evangelize within the company to support lead generation, inspire clients to expand their EcoVadis programs, and broaden EcoVadis thought leadership position in the market in CSR and sustainable procurement. Your responsibilities will include (without being limited to):
- Setting up new and maintaining existing templates, email workflows and campaign management in the marketing automation platform
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to build email journeys that are personalized based on specific data attributes and segmentation profiles
- Implement tracking of email and campaign performance with monthly reports
- Use understanding of customer lifecycles and open access strategy to develop and implement complex customer journeys and drive submissions, usage, and awareness
- Map journey flows and messaging, and achieve buy-in with stakeholders
- Manage all aspects of campaigns, including scheduling, some copywriting, audience targeting, editing, proofreading, deploying, and analysis
- Complete technical builds of journeys in our marketing platform and manage related aspects including data tables and web tags
- Recommend campaign testing strategies and ensure the execution and analysis of tests to inform improvements to marketing activities
- Proactively make recommendations to improve and automate processes
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing Hubspot instance or similar marketing automation tool
- Strong experience and technical skills in marketing automation platforms
- Experience of planning, implementing and measuring digital marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of HTML and experience managing complex email campaigns
- Experience building effective customer journeys and workflows
- Highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills – proven ability to own and execute on several projects at once and deliver results
- Solutions-focussed approach and demonstrated creativity in problem solving
- Ability to analyze and interpret results to make recommendations
- Effective relationship management skills with a successful track record of collaborating cross-functionally to deliver quality campaigns and programs
- Creative, curious, and critical thinker, constantly searching for and tapping into new opportunities to impact and achieve success metrics and KPI targets
- Strong communication and organizational skills – able to multi-task successfully across multiple (potentially competing) priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced culture
- Business proficiency in English is a must, proficiency in other languages would be a plus
Software Proficiency
- Marketing Automation tools: Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo and similar (required)
- Salesforce Knowledge (a plus)
- Google suite (ads, analytics, tag manager etc) (a plus)
- Sales Cadence tools (Salesloft or Outreach) (a plus)
- Content management platforms (a plus)
- E-commerce (a plus)
