The ER team is staffed 24/7 with highly skilled emergency physicians, nurses, and support staff who are trained to provide exceptional emergency care.The Emergency Room Nursing Manager will report directly to the Program Director and will oversee a team of RNs, techs, and support staff. This role will collaborate closely with emergency physicians, department leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless operations and the highest standards of patient care.The Emergency Department is a high-energy, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on teamwork and innovation. The Emergency Room Nursing Manager will lead a dedicated team of RNs, techs, and support staff in a high-volume unit that serves a diverse patient population across all life stages. The department is known for its supportive culture, exceptional MDs, and highly skilled staff who work together to deliver life-saving care.The Emergency Room Nursing Manager will be responsible for developing and mentoring staff, ensuring clinical competencies, and driving quality improvement initiatives.
