- The Leave of Absence Administrator will report to the Manager, Leave of Absence. In this role you will be responsible for leave of absence programs including Family and Medical Leave, ADA, Parental, and other company-provided leaves.
- Administer various aspects of all leave of absences including but not limited to, Family and Medical Leave (FMLA), parental leave, personal health emergency leave, and other company leaves of absence.
- Assists LOA team with employee inquiries, documentation requests, leave extensions, and overall leave tracking in coordination with third party administrator.
- Processes and Track LOA statuses in Oracle HCM.
- Communicate LOA details regularly and accurately with Payroll and Benefits
- Communicate with the employee, third party administrators, manager, and HR Business Partner throughout the leave process regarding eligibility, approval, return to work process, and extension.
Required Skills:
- Requires extensive knowledge of leave of absences, including FMLA, CFRA, ADA, CA State Disability Insurance, CA Paid Family Leave, and other applicable state and federal laws.
- Experience with The Hartford Absence Management and Oracle HCM preferred.
- Requires 3 years’ experience in Leave of Absence, ADA, and Workers Compensation Administration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.
Education Requirements:
Minimum 3 years hands on LOA experienceSoftware Skills Required:
