Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hourKey Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured English lessons to improve literacy skills and exam readiness.
- Create personalised learning plans to address individual needs and learning styles.
- Monitor progress and offer constructive feedback to enhance students’ performance.
- Adapt teaching methods to support diverse learning needs, including SEN students.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- PGCE in English and/or QTS.
- SEN experience is highly desirable.
