Reporting to the Senior Leader of Entrepreneur Enablement, you will be responsible for creating, executing and supporting experiences that meet the educational needs of Alberta’s entrepreneurs through all stages of their business journey. The primary focus of the Entrepreneurial Growth Team is to establish ATB as THE bank of choice for Alberta businesses.The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the entrepreneurial journey and strong experience managing diverse programs and initiatives. You will have experience in delivering content in different mediums and formats, and will have experience working with marketing and communications teams. You will be both strategic and analytical, and will ensure content and programs are engaging and delivering a positive impact.This is a 12 month term opportunity.Accountabilities

  • Ensures overall quality and operational excellence of the website (

), content and marketing functions within the Entrepreneurial Growth Team. * Schedules and manages work flowing through internal partners such as the marketing, communications, and brand teams.

  • Conducts research and gathers insights to strategize new content and resources for digital channels, including website, newsletter, email, social media, and other channels.
  • Ideates, creates, reviews and publishes new content, digital tools and resources to some digital channels.
  • Ensures communication across all channels remains consistent, relevant and aligned to the entrepreneur journey and ATB brand voice and guidelines.
  • Plans for and executes ATB’s entrepreneur newsletter, including reporting on key results.
  • Executes entrepreneurial email programs, including content reviews, email creation, and testing.
  • Monitors performance of programs, content and channels, and drives continuous improvement.
  • Translates digital marketing and content strategies into recommendations for social media plans, accompanying creative and graphic elements, etc.
  • Creates and executes social media posts. This will include writing social copy, curating content, and basic graphic design, where applicable.

Skills, experience & requirementsAccreditation:

  • A university degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent

Experience and skill requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, web content & digital experience
  • Direct experience with Hubspot content management systems (CMS), or other like-CMS and marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media to drive content and program engagement
  • Strong project management skills, successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience with website and social media data, key metrics and reporting
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and tactics considered an asset
  • Expertise in light graphic design considered an asset
  • Experience with video scripting and/or filming and/or creation for social and educational content considered an asset
  • Financial services experience is an asset
