- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to sales team members to help them achieve their full potential.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
