Join us.The Global Corporate Social Responsibility team’s work spans a broad and diverse range of functions and workstreams, including designing and implementing social, climate and employee impact strategies as well as working collaboratively across disciplines to bring the right resources, expertise, and experience to each aspect of Environmental Social Governance (ESG). The mission of the team is to deliver positive social impact and environmental sustainability through our platform, products and people that increase brand trust and performance.

– Lead the preparation of all climate and environmental sustainability disclosures (both mandated and voluntary)
– Lead the preparation of climate-related disclosures across markets where applicable
– Support the implementation of climate strategy actions, including climate transition plan, climate scenario analysis, climate risks management, climate governance structure etc.
– Support existing teams on carbon measurement and auditing process
– Remain updated on peer practices and reporting on climate and sustainability issues
– Support the broader ESG program and reporting on climate and sustainability matters
– Support stakeholders’ upskilling on climate and broader sustainability issuesQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree with relevant ESG/Sustainability degree
– 4+ years experience in Climate/Sustainability/ESG, either in-house or at a consultancy
– Analytical and data driven mindset, with strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
– Proven experience working across multiple cycles of climate reporting, climate transition plans, climate risk management process and climate scenario analysis in-house or via consultancy
– Experience working across key functional teams and senior stakeholders
