Here at CVS, so are we!We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as an Equine Veterinary Receptionist at Bell Equine Veterinary Clinic.Location: Mereworth, KentContract: PermanentHours: 32 hours per weekShift Pattern: Monday – Friday ranging between the hours of 08.00 – 18.00.   • Answering phones and booking appointments
  • Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
  • Registering new clients
  • Completing insurance forms
  • Taking payments
  • And most importantly; providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice

What we’re looking for in our Equine Receptionist:

  • Previous Receptionist experience is essential, veterinary experience is a plus!
  • Familiarity or experience with horses preferred
  • Due to our location, your own transport is essential
  • Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations
  • An excellent communicator with strong empathy
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
  • A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
