- We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator for healthcare construction projects to prepare accurate cost estimates and support project budgeting.
- The ideal candidate will analyze blueprints, specifications, and market conditions to ensure competitive and comprehensive bids that meet client requirements.
Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for healthcare construction projects based on project plans, specifications, and site assessments.Blueprint Analysis: Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings to identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements.Bid Preparation: Develop competitive bids by researching and analyzing market conditions, subcontractor quotes, and material costs.Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets.Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking project expenses and providing updates to ensure adherence to budgets throughout the construction process.Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in project scope and pricing, offering solutions to mitigate them.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project changes for future reference and audits.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
