T9-Specialist is looking for an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Manchester. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning and executing events that promote our non-profit clients while actively contributing to sales efforts.   • Plan, coordinate, and execute a range of promotional events for non-profit organisations, ensuring they align with client objectives and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand event requirements and develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary resources and negotiate contracts that support event execution.
  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site management, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Actively engage with attendees during events, promoting our non-profit campaigns and encouraging participation through donations and support.
  • Monitor and analyse event performance metrics, gathering feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and enhance future events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and event attendees, to foster a strong network for future opportunities.
  • Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting, summarising successes and challenges while highlighting contributions to sales and engagement goals.

Requirements:

  • Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
  • Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
  • Must be able to work full-time.
  • Previous experience in event management or coordination is preferred but not essential; a passion for sales and a willingness to learn are crucial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences and promote sales initiatives.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a focus on achieving successful outcomes and exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and independent decision-making skills.
