Summary of Requirements

In cooperation with the Ministry of Defence, the OSCE SPU Project “Strengthening Democratic Control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – Phase 2” will conduct 15 training courses on democratic control of the armed forces for the management of military units stationed in the regional military garrisons during 2026-2028, and the first 3 two-day regional seminars will take place on 22-23 April in Zhytomyr, 29-30 April in Lutsk and on 06-07 May in Khmelnytskyi.
