The project “Fostering Inclusive, Representative, Participatory Decision- and Policy-Making and Social Cohesion at All Levels through Dialogue and Mediation Tools” implemented by the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (OSCE SPU) in partnership with, inter alia, the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service (NACS) plans to organize two training events on institutional conflict management for authorized public servants in Zakarpatska oblast, Ukraine on 28-30 April and 27-29 May 2026.
