We currently have an opportunity for an Event Sales Co-ordinator to join the Venue Hire team. (PDF, 85.29kb)More detailsThe role will sit within the sales team and will primarily involve responding to initial enquiries and conducting show-rounds of venues, delivering an excellent standard of customer service. It will require ensuring high standards of quality are maintained in all aspects of the sales process, as well as consistently meeting deadlines and sales targets. It will include some ad hoc duties, such as liaising with internal departments and assisting with our social media channel. The role will also support the operations team when needed, managing an allocation of small-scale events including Intimate weddings, ceremonies and corporate events.Previous experience in an administrative role is essential for this role, as well as having exceptional attention to detail, organisational and communication skills. Some experience in delivering events is desirable.We are looking for someone with a keen interest in the events industry, who is enthusiastic, has a lot of initiative and likes to get ‘stuck-in’, enjoys working in a team and has a great eye for detail.
