T9-Specialist is seeking enthusiastic Event Staff to join our dynamic team in Manchester. In this role, you will play a vital part in our promotional activities for non-profit organisations, engaging directly with the public and contributing to the success of our events.   • Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of various promotional events aimed at supporting non-profit organisations.
  • Engage with attendees at events, providing them with information about our campaigns and encouraging them to participate and donate.
  • Help create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere by interacting with event attendees in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Distribute promotional materials and merchandise, ensuring all materials are presented in a visually appealing and organised manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event operations, troubleshooting any issues that arise during events.
  • Gather feedback from event attendees and report insights to the management team to improve future events and customer engagement strategies.
  • Participate in team briefings before events to understand roles, objectives, and key messages to communicate to attendees.
  • Maintain accurate records of event activities, including attendance figures and customer interactions, to support post-event analysis.

Requirements:

  • Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
  • Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
  • Must be able to work full-time.
  • Previous experience in customer service or event support is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences at events.
