Apply now and be part of a team that values your well-being and success.About the RoleWe are looking for a full time Drug and Alcohol Collections Technician for our Occupational Health Clinic in Anchorage, Alaska.The primary functions of this position include field and clinic drug and alcohol specimen collections on a daily and after-hours basis. Incumbent is responsible for performing collections utilizing a variety of methodologies to include urine, saliva, hair and breath collections in conjunction with calibrating and maintaining testing devices in accordance with all applicable regulations, laws, statutes and policies.Benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2-3 years drug and alcohol collections experience (preferred)

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for providing clinic, remote and after-hours collections support for Beacon clients. This includes performing urine drug screen collections, oral fluids drug collections, rapid result drug tests, and breath alcohol tests.
• Perform general administrative tasks delegated by the Lead Tech and/or Clinical Services Director.
• Assigned to carry and answer the after hours phone on a weekly rotation as scheduled to perform after hours collections.
• Responsible for post-positive calibration of breath alcohol machines.
• Travel is required to remote locations within Alaska and the lower forty eight for collections support. Up to 50% of this position may include travel.
