Exception Management AssociateWhat We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Exception Management Associate within our Cross Borders division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Toronto, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for various bank reconciliation initiatives. You will report directly to the Manager Exception Management.
How We Work
As an Exception Management Associate, you will be expected to work in an office/hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in location office set up
Company-issued equipmentRole ResponsibilitiesThe Reconciliation of Bank accounts;
Investigating daily discrepancies as they occur;
Liaising with major Banks and Financial institutions;
Closing liaisons with Operations and Finance team members, specifically to resolve outstanding issues and troubleshoot Accounting transactions;
Resolving outstanding issues and troubleshoot Accounting transactions;
General bookkeeping duties;
Initiating Stop payments;
Frequent liaisons with internal Traders;
Ad hoc administrationQualifications & SkillsDiploma Accounting is a definite asset;
Understanding of basic accounting principles and experience booking journals to general ledgers;
Foreign Exchange/multi-currency exposures are a definite asset;
Proficient in M/S Office (with particular focus on Excel)
Strong attention to detail is essential in order to ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data;
Proven record to contribute as a strong team player in a fast-paced, deadline driven, diverse environment;
Proven ability to make handle and / or lead multiple projects with minimal oversight;
Strong organizational skills;
Solid time management skills;
Exceptional communication skills;
