In this dynamic role, you will provide high-level administrative support to company executives while also taking charge of planning and coordinating various corporate events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills and a keen attention to detail.Pay Scale: 60,000-65,000Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to company executives, including calendar management and email correspondence
  • Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings
  • Handle travel arrangements when necessary, including booking flights, car rentals, hotels, and all logistics
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and resolution
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute various corporate events, such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to determine event objectives, budgets, and logistics
  • Assist in general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining a well-organized workspace

Position RequirementsQualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is a must
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or event coordinator is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and event management software/tools
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks
