Location: London
Salary: £16-£18 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Part-Time Temporary (30 hours per week)A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to support two senior Directors of a wonderful charity that provides vital, life-changing support to victims of domestic violence. This is a part-time temporary role requiring 30 hours per week, with a requirement to work from the office 2-3 times per month.The successful Executive Assistant will act as a key point of contact, building positive working relationships with all members of staff (locally and across the organisation) and liaising with key stakeholders.This role would suit an EA with solid experience supporting senior executives in their day-to-day practical needs and diary management. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building, possess excellent organisational skills, and have the ability to manage a variety of demands and requests.If you are looking to join a collaborative, compassionate, and dedicated team, then please do apply!Duties will include:

  • Providing proactive Executive Assistance to two senior Directors, ensuring that all duties are carried out efficiently and effectively, including responding to correspondence, diary management, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing communication and correspondence related to key internal and external relationships in a professional and timely manner.
  • Preparing briefings in advance of meetings, including all necessary supporting papers and following up on actions as required.
  • Conducting research and drafting presentations, reports, and papers as needed.
  • Preparing and distributing reports and agendas in advance of meetings, and taking minutes as requested.
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team as required.
  • Ensuring confidentiality is maintained and that policies on security are observed.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role, with demonstrable experience of providing Executive Assistance and administrative support to senior staff members.
  • Ability to manage workload and time effectively, including handling competing priorities.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a can-do attitude.
  • Self-sufficient, with sound judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • A commitment to the long-term success and development of the charity.
