Please note that the above salary is based on working 37 hours per week. If this role is part-time or you are appointed on a part-time basis your salary will be prorated to reflect this. Exceptions to starting salary may apply if you are an existing Devon and Cornwall or Dorset Police Staff employee substantively posted to a role at the same grade.Type of employment: PermanentType of working arrangement: Static-Worker – A Static-Worker has little or no opportunity to work remotely as they need to carry out their work at a specific force premises, this could be for a number of reasons including the location of equipment.Hours per week: this role is 14.8 hours per week. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work as part of the Executive Support Team, managing the daily activity and delivery of the Director of Legal, Reputation and Risk’s portfolio commitments and responsibilities.If you are a strong team player with excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.Working within the highest level of the organisation, the Executive Support Team consists of police staff and police officers who provide key organisational and business support to the Force Executive Team. This is an exciting opportunity that will provide you with a wealth of knowledge and experience and an interesting insight into many different areas of policing.Assisting with key areas of the business, the role involves extensive diary and inbox management, managing workflow, audio transcription, minute taking, and ensuring deadlines are met.If you have excellent planning and organisational skills, are proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 applications and have experience of working in a similar environment without close supervision, then please get in touch.This is a job-share post, and you will be required to work 14.8 hours per week on a Thursday and Friday.
