The College of Engineering, Computing and Cybernetics (CECC) at ANU is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join their small executive support team. 

About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant for up to 13 months to cover a period of parental leave. The position sits within the College Dean’s Office and provides administrative and secretarial support to the Dean of CECC at the ANU. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role for the College; acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, undertaking background research and presenting data for executive briefs, providing high quality secretarial support and executive assistance, as well as establishing and maintaining networks and effective relationships across campus. About You
Working as the EA to the Dean we are looking for someone who:

  • Has the ability to anticipate the needs of their executive, and is proactive in supporting these needs
  • Is flexible and capable of adjusting priorities
  • Enjoys working in a small team
  • Is always listening and looking for ways to continuously improve
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoys being organised
  • Is discreet when it comes to accessing confidential information
