Paradigm has a new opportunity for a professional and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and the Executive Team.You will be responsible for:Enhanced Administration for the Chief Executive

  • Diary management and administration of meetings/appointments/engagements, including itineraries and travel arrangements where needed.
  • Preparing reports and documents, supporting preparation for meetings.
  • Support with creating, drafting and publishing internal and external media, for example blogs, articles, presentations as required.
  • Co-ordinating communication and information flow with colleagues across the business.
  • Answering and fielding internal and external requests/queries appropriately and confidentially.

Corporate Relations/ Stakeholder Management

  • Liaising with a variety of external stakeholders in a timely and sensitive manner, managing meetings as required. This will include Paradigm Board Members, MPs, housing sector representatives and Chief Executives of other Housing Associations.
  • Supporting the CE’s role as Chair of the Consortium of Housing Associations in the South East (CASE).

Executive Team Co-ordination

  • Provide diary management services to the CFO, and assistance to other Executive Team members as required.

The role reports to the Head of Governance and Compliance within the Legal and Assurance team.Key relationships include with the CEO, Executive Team, Board Chair and members, Leadership and governance colleagues, and other internal and external Stakeholders.About you:We are looking for someone to join the team with:

  • Strong and demonstrable experience within a similar role which could be in a different sector:
  • Ability to provide excellent administrative and organisational support, planning and prioritising effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the confidence to deal with all levels of seniority and a flexible attitude to managing competing demands.
  • High level of initiative and self motivation with good time management skills, adapting to meet changing situations and the needs of the business where required.
  • Ability to deal with multiple internal and external stakeholders, whilst being discrete and maintaining confidentiality
  • A can do attitude, showing proactivity and problem solving skills to achieve positive outcomes.

Our ideal candidate has significant Executive Assistant experience in a similar role and can clearly demonstrate the various qualities required for the role.
