We are now in search of a top Administrative Professional to support our busy client in the Property Development industry. The successful candidate will be a self starter, and come with Project Coordination, or Operations experience, ideally from the construction/ development industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization in a beautiful office near downtown.Opportunity: Full time, permanent
Hours: M-F 8:30AM – 5:00PM
Location: Victoria, BC
Salary: 65K – 90K, depending on experienceAdvantages

Executive Support
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for key staff including: managing an extremely active calendar; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Executive team, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior staff.
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a “barometer,” having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated.
- Serves as project manager on strategic initiatives and projects
Operations
- Be able to manage and organize corporate files.
- Have experience or interest in office and organizational productivity tools and systems
- Serve a key role in initiatives to increase team efficiency and increase the organizations capacity to support clients.
- Help manage the company’s online brand and presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly desired or equivalent work experience
- Strong work tenure: 2-5+ years of experience supporting executives
- Experience and interest in Construction/ Development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Google Suite, and CRM systems
