Job Description:Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant/Accounting Clerk.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurate recording and maintenance of financial and accounting records;
- Accounts Payable & Receivable and monthly bank reconciliations, including errands to the bank when required;
- Credit card reconciliation and expense reports;
- Coordination of banking, wire and fund transfer instructions;
- Recording and reconciling monthly property management reports and GST;
- Annual corporate regulatory filings; AGM’s and financial reporting requirements;
- Preparing year end packages to be submitted to accountants;
IT Support:
- Diagnosing and resolving issues with computers, mobile devices and smart phones/tablets;
- Maintain computer servers and networks;
- Liaise with the company’s outside IT support for greater IT issues;
Reception & Administration:
- Answering phone calls, disseminating mail, filing;
- Managing office equipment (photocopiers, scanners) and supplies;
- Managing deliveries, including pick-ups or drop-offs at depots when required;
- Assisting with travel arrangements;
- Greeting visitors and preparing refreshments during meetings;
- Running errands for the family when required;
Requirements:Skillset:
- Minimum 5 Years Recent Experience in Bookkeeping and Administration
- Must be proficient with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe

- Knowledge of real estate, property management, and financial services;
