Our Client

Our Client is an exciting and thriving Property Management Company. They are searching for the perfect Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to join their successful team. You will be reporting directly to the executive and will be responsible for overseeing the management of all properties and ongoing projects while managing all personal matters requested by the executive. Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the management of all private properties in both Canada and the U.S.A
  • Communicating with all property managers, investment brokers, banking staff, and all other staff in a professional manner
  • Preparing all information by drafting, copying, editing, etc., and presenting it in an appropriate manner
  • Ensuring the executive’s time is managed correctly by researching, proofreading, and analyzing all information correctly
  • Manage and schedule all meetings, conferences, and travel and attend as required
  • Overseeing and managing all ongoing projects
  • Ability to perform basic accounting relating work and ensure that monthly bank and credit card statements are in agreement to enable payments
  • Receive and sort all incoming calls and mail for the executive

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant Experience
  • Ability to treat confidentiality as the utmost priority in all circumstances
  • Demonstrates a professional demeanor and is proactive in managing all business matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Superb interpersonal skills which are essential in dealing with staff, property managers, and investment bankers
  • Must have a valid license and a reliable car
