The Executive Assistant to the Director will provide a high level of administrative support to the Director of DDAR, to include project and diary management, co-ordinating the Director’s communications with the offices of the President, Vice-Presidents, Deans and Senior Leadership (SLT) members, as well as with the Offices of the University’s top level external donors and volunteers, and the researching, collation and preparation of high level, confidential paperwork for senior meetings, both on and off campus. The EA will provide additional support to the Division’s senior leaders as required and support projects relating to the People & OD plan for the Division.What you will get in return:
