This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for an Executive Steward to join the team!What you will do:Supervise, train, and develop the stewarding team to ensure efficient operations.Oversee daily stewarding activities, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.Implement and maintain Four Seasons’ service and hygiene standards.Coordinate with the Executive Chef, Director of Food and Beverage, Restaurant Chefs, Banquet Chef, Banquet Managers, and F&B Outlet Managers.Ensure an adequate supply and storage of china, silver, glassware, and other service equipment.Monitor and maintain cleanliness in all back-of-house areas, including kitchens and storage spaces.Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with Four Seasons’ policies and local laws.Manage inventory, monitor breakage, and coordinate replacements as needed.Ensure compliance with waste management and sustainability initiatives.What you bring:Previous experience in Kitchen/Stewarding management in a high volume operation.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the hospitality industry.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.All applicants must hold the Right to Work in the UKJust some of the benefits Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge employees enjoy:£57,000 package which includes hotel service charge, bonus plan, and salary40 hour working weekExcellent training and career development opportunitiesUp to 20 complimentary nights at any Four Seasons Hotel or Resort around the world based on years of serviceFree meals at Pepys Cellar (staff canteen) while on duty including fruits, coffee/tea and fizzy drinks available throughout the dayUp to 2 paid Wellness days per year!Holiday entitlement increases with years of service up to 33 days offFree Life InsuranceBupa Dental and MediCash plan availableOpportunities to build a successful career with global potentialSeason ticket loan & cycle to work schemeFree uniform dry cleaning availableEmployee Experience: Annual Themed Employee Party and many social, charitable and sporting events throughout the year.Access to Wagestream– a salary advance benefitEmployee Recognition Programmes&many, many more surprises to discover!We look forward to receiving your application!
