DescriptionExperienced Block Manager -HollowaySalary – £40,000- £50,000 (Depending on Experience)Monday – Friday – 9am – 6pmOur client is rapidly expanding and looking for an Experienced Block Manager to join their branch in Holloway. • Day to day operations, tenant interactions and lease administration
• Maintain relations with leaseholders and RTM Companies
• Risk Management – Ensure properties are compliant with H&S, Fire Regulations etc
• Strong communication, proficient in IT and property management software
• Able to work under pressure
