EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

In-Person Supplier Information Sessions

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

The Procurement Unit and Mine Action Project of UNDP Ukraine invite interested suppliers to express their interest in participating in in-person Supplier Information Sessions in Kyiv.

The sessions aim to familiarize current and potential suppliers with UNDP procurement rules and procedures, vendor registration, and the preparation and submission of offers through UNDP’s Quantum Supplier Portal.

Session 1

Topic: Vendor registration process and introduction to the Quantum Supplier Portal for potential suppliers.

 

Target Participants: New/potential suppliers who have not yet registered as vendors in the UNDP Quantum Supplier Portal.

26 August 2026
1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Session 2

Topic: UNDP procurement rules and procedures, including guidance on solicitation processes and the preparation and submission of offers.

 

Target Participants: Participants from Session 1, as well as suppliers already registered in the UNDP Quantum Supplier Portal.

 

Location/Venue: Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry premises, Kyiv, Ukraine. Exact venue/room details will be shared with registered and confirmed participants together with the participation confirmation email.

 

Language: Presentation materials will be in English. Question-and-answer sessions may be conducted in both English and Ukrainian.

 

Participant Requirements

  • Participants should represent a legally registered business, company, institution, or organization.
  • Participants should be authorized representatives with access to an official company/business email account and preferably be personnel responsible for reviewing solicitation documents and preparing and submitting offers on behalf of the company/organization.
  • A sufficient level of English is recommended, as UNDP solicitation documents are generally issued in English; however, English proficiency is not mandatory for participation in the information session.
  • A maximum of two (2) representatives per company/organization may participate.

 

Target Business Sectors

The information sessions are particularly relevant to legally registered businesses operating in, but not limited to, the following sectors:

  • Humanitarian mine action/demining-related services, equipment and supplies;
  • Construction, engineering, infrastructure rehabilitation and related services;
  • Heavy machinery, vehicles, equipment and related supplies;
  • Energy-related equipment, systems and supplies;
  • Office equipment, IT equipment and related supplies;
  • Training, consulting, professional and technical advisory services
  • Facility management, maintenance and repair services;
  • Logistics, transportation, warehousing and freight forwarding services;
  • Communication, media production, photography, videography, event management, conference services, interpretation, translation, printing, publishing and graphic design services;
  • Medical, laboratory, rehabilitation and healthcare-related equipment and supplies; and
  • Other business sectors interested in participating in UNDP procurement opportunities.

UNDP encourages participation from micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, women-owned businesses, and other legally registered suppliers interested in learning about UNDP procurement opportunities.

Expression of Interest / Registration

Suppliers interested in participating are kindly requested to register through the designated Form ( Click Here: Registration – UNDP Ukraine Supplier Information Sessions – Fill out form). As seating capacity may be limited, UNDP will review registrations and send participation confirmation to the first 20 eligible companies that complete registrations. Only participants who receive confirmation should attend the in-person session.

Depending on the number of registrations received, UNDP may organize one or more information and training sessions to accommodate participants. Registered businesses that cannot be accommodated in the currently scheduled session may be invited to subsequent sessions.
