Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be delivering Grounds Maintenance and Winter Services and ensuring you deliver the exceptional every day.You will be responsible for.

• Maintaining our clients’ sites. Grass cutting, hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearance, litter picking, and spraying.
• Providing management with relevant information and reporting as required, including reporting any site hazards.
• Operating all vehicles, machinery and equipment in accordance with Health & Safety procedures.
• Undertaking training as and when required
• Emptying bins
• Leaf and kerb line sweeps
• Jet washing
• And other external cleaning duties that fall within site, to be discussed at interview

What we are looking forEssential

• A passion for working outdoors.
• Prepared to work in an agile and flexible working environment (Winter working).
• A good understanding of smartphone technology.

Desirable but not essential

• Grounds Maintenance and Gritting experience
• PA1 & PA6 spraying licence,
• Full driving licence (not required for all our roles).
