Are you an experienced Welder/Fabricator with a background in the water industry looking to step up into a senior role within a dynamic, growing company?
This is an excellent opportunity to secure is a days based role at a leading engineering company that offers industry training and overtime to maximise earnings
This company are engineering specialists within the steel and water industry providing bespoke engineering solutions to some of the biggest contracts in the UK.
You will oversee the daily fabrication process, manage equipment repairs and coordinate with engineers, customers, and suppliers to ensure high-quality work and safety compliance.
This would suit a Welder/ Fabricator looking to step up into management in a expanding company offering overtime, training and progression in a days based role.
The role:
- Responsible for overseeing the entire fabrication process both in the workshop and on-site locations
- Liaising with customers
- Supervising and managing all stages of fabrication.
The Person:
- Previous experience manufacturing, welding or assembling mechanical equipment, such as pumps
- Previous experience in a supervisor or team leader role
- Ability to use CAD or interpret complex technical drawings
