Vander Haag’s, Inc. has a current opening for a full time Fabricator in our Diesel Service Repair Shop located in Sioux Falls, SD. Vander Haag’s, Inc., was established in 1939. We are a family-owned business with 11 locations around the Midwest. We specialize in custom builds & repairs for the heavy duty truck industry.Compensation: This position pays an hourly base compensation + overtime. Pay is dependent on experience and can range from $60,000 up to $80,000 per year for qualified candidates dependent upon experience level.Benefits: We offer a generous benefits package that includes the following:

No weekends or holidays required!Duties/Responsibilities: Working in a clean, well-lit shop, this position removes, repairs, fabricates, and installs parts/equipment on customer trucks. The job performs a wide range of tasks from mechanical assembly, hydraulic work, as well as welding and metal fabrication. Some prior welding experience and metal fabrication is preferred, but not required. Prior experience working on auto repair or truck repair is preferred, but not required. We provide all the on-the-job training and formal classroom training you will need for this role.Prior welding experience is required. Prior automotive and/or diesel mechanic repair is also preferred, but not required.Compensation details: 0 Yearly SalaryPI16d620283fc0-5523
