At TD SYNNEX we are dedicated to staying ahead of the curve and embracing technologies that will shape the future.We are seeking an exceptional talent to join us in our Facilities team, to ensure the site and all associated equipment are available for use, and comply with all relevant laws and regulations, performing facilities administration and supporting the wider facilities team.We prioritise the wellbeing, growth, and inclusivity of our diverse workforce, joining our team requires your dedication to being part of a company with an unwavering commitment to our values of inclusion, collaboration, integrity and excellence, fostering a supportive work environment in which every voice is valued, and ideas are encouraged to flourish.We can offer you:Outstanding benefits package including private healthcare, holiday purchase scheme, increased holiday entitlement with service, enhanced maternity and family leave and additional ‘moments that matter’ paid time off.Benchmarked salary and progression paths.Responsibilities:Control of contractors to include reactive works, overseeing PPM services and detailing handy man tasksRaising work permitsRequesting and checking contractor RAMSControl of site Access control system to include passes for contractors and visitorsSourcing quotes for reactive worksArranging dates for work to take place, checking work areas will be free and clear on those datesAssisting Facilities Manager on project works as requiredAssisting with Contractor auditsDaily site check to ensure all clean, tidy and no visible hazardsRasing site PO’s, recording on site costsApprove invoices in Esker and record on site costsMaintain invoice budget sheetKeep contractor contacts sheet up to dateOrder consumables and stock itemsFacilities work logs assigning and completingOversee Health & Safety boards and keep up to dateAnswering co-workers queries in person, via email or IMManaging day to day Access control systemOverseeing SHINE DSE system for siteSupporting switchboard when requiredOverseeing Health & Safety walksSupporting site Facilities Manager as requiredEnsure office Health & Safety standards metSupervise Facilities Administrator as requiredLearn all site processes and proceduresComplete Risk Assessments as requiredKnowledge, Skills and ExperienceStrong administrative skills including good knowledge of excel and wordUnderstanding of safety regulations within office environmentWell organisedAttention to detailFacilities experienceGood under pressureAble to prioritise multiple issuesIOSH an advantage but happy to provide trainingLegionella an advantage but happy to provide trainingThis role will be based in our serviced office in Bracknell 5 days per week and may include some trips to our Basingstoke office as and when required.If you are ready to join us as Facilities Coordinator apply now and take this amazing opportunity to make your mark in our organisation.At TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
