The Faculty Executive Director (FED) is a critical member of the University’s senior executive team, contributing to the strategic, financial and operational excellence of the Faculty. Reporting into the Dean, the FED has a number of direct reports with circa 100 people in the wider team.
We are seeking an outstanding, tertiary qualified leader with extensive, relevant experience in business organisational administration. You will have in-depth knowledge of the strategic issues facing the higher education sector and how these translate to the practical, operational management requirements of a large scale, research intensive, student focused and internationally competitive academic environment. You will have a vast track record in successful people leadership, development and engagement with the demonstrated skills to motivate, inspire and mobilise diverse teams to create a positive workplace culture that delivers quality outcomes.
