Reporting to: Head of Farm Services
Location: SweetTree Fields Farm – Mill Hill (137 Marsh Ln, London NW7 4EY)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. 37.5 hours weekly.

Our 14-acre farm at Sweet Tree Fields offers a wide range of activities, including livestock farming, horticulture, bush crafts, conservation, eco, natural crafts, and cooking. SweetTree Home Care Services is a leading provider with an Outstanding rating from the CQC. For two decades, we have been dedicated to offering exceptional support and community and home based services for individuals requiring support.We are currently recruiting a full time Project Leader to organise and facilitate a wide range of workshops. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual, who can demonstrate a diverse skill set who is committed to empowering people through outdoor activity.Project Leader key tasks include:
- To design, facilitate and deliver a range of exciting and inspiring sessions for different user groups in different topics ensuring everyone’s needs are met
- Create and manage group activities including nature trails, arts and crafts and cookery activities
- To care for and handle all livestock on the farm
- To maintain and develop different field areas as part of the SweetTree Farm team
- To take responsibility for record keeping including client development, health and safety and land use
- To manage the volunteering programme
- Manage the site growing records, as required
- To manage and maintain health & safety at the site and report any issues that arise
- Building relationships with external organisations, teachers, support workers and corporate volunteers
- To promote the SweetTree mission through presentations, tours or marketing
- To manage the marketing for Farming for All with potential clients including care & corporate organisations
- To preserve the independence & dignity of all Clients.

- To carry out any other duties as stipulated by the Director of Specialist Services.
Eligibility Criteria:✅Enthusiastic with a passion for outdoor activities
✅Be physically fit and love working outdoors in all weathers
✅Previous experience supporting vulnerable people with a wide range of support needs
✅Able to design creative structured activities to motivate and inspire people
✅Be practical, adaptable, creative and have excellent communication skills
✅Previous experience of organising and delivering group activities
